The first tip is to always start with the fan speed set to high. A must !! If you do not then the fan may not start at the right speed and can damage the unit. Not covered under warranty.

Another thing when you have finished pull the top apart to let it cool down, again it will damage the unit if not done everytime you have finished with it. Another must. Also not covered under warranty.


I run mine from about 350 F and up to 385 F. For instant results set the temperature to 380 F and wait for the heat light to turn green it will fluctuate but as soon as it goes green you are ready to go.


Leave the draw in when heating to get to temperature more effectively. When it gets to green then insert herb disk and enjoy straight away.


I would suggest using the tube and mouthpeice until you get then hang of it. Then start using the vapour balloons. Enjoy and tell your friends.


If you have had enough then remove the draw until you are ready to continue. This saves your herbs from being wasted.


You can soak the tubes in some light essence to improve results and flavours.


Also you need to grind or chop your herbs fine and do not compact them in just fill it half full or less to get best results and to eliminate wastage. 1 herb disk should be a good start and maybey share it with friends because it sometimes is too much for one person.


Try it on 380 F first then play with the temperature from between 350 F and 385 F to get your ideal temperature for your needs . The rule is if you are getting smoke then turn it down if you are not getting enough vapour then turn it up.
